Personal Training in Northern Kentucky
Allow us to guide you through your fitness program every step of the way! As personal trainers, we have the ability to make daily and weekly adjustments to your weight training and cardiovascular routines as needed, in addition to ongoing nutrition and supplementation guidance. Semi-private personal training, as well as 1-on-1 personal training are available.
Many of our clients choose semi-private training for a number of reasons: Increased motivation, a higher level of learning, more accountability with other(s) in the group, building friendships and more affordable rates. It all depends on you and your needs.
Semi-Private Personal Training:
This training option not only saves you money, but provides you with more accountability and motivation from others. You will also experience a higher level of learning, as you see your trainer not only instruct you, but other clients as well. Learn from one-another and gain additional support as you experience things together as a team. Because we design an individual program for each client, it’s not necessary for you to have the same goals or level of experience.
These small groups consist of 2-4 clients per session. This service tends to be very attractive for families, as well as friends and co-workers. Although you are sharing your time with others, you are not at a loss for workout effectiveness or intensity. You are able to exercise at the same time, while your personal trainer is providing instruction to each of you. Not only verbal instruction, but hands-on as well. You will find this to be a very affordable personal training option at a fraction of the cost you would spend for 1-on-1 service.
1-on-1 Personal Training:
Just you and the trainer for a 30 or 60 minute workout! If you need more personal attention, this is the option for you. Just as with the Semi-Private Training, your program is specifically designed for you and your needs. Some clients choose to begin with 1-on-1, then progress into the small group setting as they become more comfortable and familiar with their routines.
