Ingredients:
7 sweet potato’s
1 large box of chocolate Jello brand, fat free, sugar free, instant pudding mix.
1 cup of Splenda brand sweetner
1 tsp of cinnamon
1, 16 oz cup of coffee
Cool Whip light
Directions:
Bake or boil all sweet potato’s, removing skin from each. Once potato’s are fully cooked, begin mixing with an electric mixer or mashing together with a potato masher. Next, add all ingredients (excluding the Cool Whip) to bowl and mix together. Cool for at least an hour, then evenly spread the Cool Whip onto the pudding. Portion and serve!
