“I began training at BOE in October 2018. Prior to this – I’d mostly concentrated on running, and other cardio type activities…with a small amount of time on strength exercises. Strength Training always seemed to be a struggle – simply because it involved more planning….and wasn’t as easy as throwing on a pair of running shoes & heading out the door. When you have a busy lifestyle, finding the time to figure out a training plan can easily get pushed aside. I was looking for a Strength Training Program and a Meal Plan – that would be unique to “me”….something that took into consideration my goals, and my personal needs.
Having this plan in place has allowed me to train with BOE three times a week – Working with Nate & Steve has made a huge difference!
