Since I have been working with the excellent staff at BOE, I have progressively been feeling better about myself physically and mentally. I had been putting my work and other responsibilities ahead of my own health. Now, it really feels good to be doing something for myself ! I have less hip pain, better sleep, more energy, better posture and less belly!!
My goal is to continue strengthening my core muscles so that as I age, I will not become debilitated, weak, and develop chronic pain as I have seen so many women do. Focusing on quality of foods, trying to eat more proteins, less carbs and using the protein shakes for mid morning and mid afternoon hunger has really helped me stay on track with diet. I do cheat sometimes though but, hey, we are human! I just try to get right back on track.
