I started training a few months ago. My 50th birthday was approaching fast and menopause was leaving me with the dreaded “menopause middle”. I have always felt very young at heart, but my body wasn’t following my heart! Since I started working out with Katie a few months ago, I have more energy, feel stronger, balance is better, and am starting to see and feel results. Katie pushes me, [which I need!], but never makes me feel ridiculous when I have trouble doing an exercise. I have no coordination! I have found that now I am craving exercise in between my sessions. Before, I had great intentions of working out but always seemed to find something else more important to get done. I hope to acquire a lifelong habit of exercise from this experience.
