I am so happy I started working out at Bodies of Empowerment. I look forward to the 2 sessions a week working out; the half hour goes by so quick. The nutrition plan they recommended is great I lost 20 lbs. in 2 months, unlike other diets, I never felt starved on my nutrition plan, and feel confident I can continue to lose weight and gain muscle strength. Before I came to Bodies of Empowerment, I was really struggling, about a year ago I had knee surgery and my leg muscles got weak from not exercising, it was getting difficult getting up out of a chair. The rigorous workouts have changed that, leg strength is back, and my weight is down, I’m happy.
