Bootcamp Training in Northern Kentucky
Come join us for a fun and dynamic lunch break! Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30 am, we offer classes to all levels of experience. Classes include resistance training, cardiovascular training and stretching. Although classes are 60 minutes in length, we spend those last 10 minutes stretching together. If you only have an hour for lunch, you can skip out early and do the stretching on your own at home. We include a full-fitness solution with these classes, covering all major and minor muscle groups.
Classes are designed for those with busy lives who live or work in the Edgewood, Crestview Hills, Crescent Springs, Villa Hills, Ft. Mitchell, Independence and Ludlow areas. No additional workouts are needed! We cover it all!
We are unique in that we limit our classes to 10 participants per class. We do this to ensure that each person gets the attention and hands-on instruction they need. There are many class options available in surrounding areas, but none of them provide the attention and care that we do in each class.
